We have pioneered a unique approach to developing professional competencies of students while at college and for colleges to scale up to international teaching methodologies. 3Edge is in the process of setting up incubation centres with their partner institutions which will involve assistance in hiring qualified industry experts as college faculty, setting up industry based learning framework to deliver university curriculum, involvement of students and faculty in software development projects received from clients of 3Edge’s group companies and many more career building activities. On the whole our concept of incubation centre is a step towards transforming every talented graduate into a successful IT professional and any aspiring engineering college into a centre of excellence for industry based technical learning.
