This program aims at transforming talented graduates into sought-after Testing professionals. ADQT program starts with a technical training on the foundation topics like SDLC Fundamentals,Unix/Linux basic commands and Database concepts with SQL hands-on.

                    This makes the students very strong in the foundation areas and prepares them for the further training on Manual Testing concepts & Automation Tools. Extensive real -life project experience is given to the student which takes them through the testing life cycle of an application.

             In addition to synthesizing the programming and; domain skills with industry frameworks, there is personalized coaching and mentoring on soft skills including communication skills and behavioral skills, and on aptitude and analytical abilities.

                     Our program model creates greater opportunities for the 3Edgeians to get their first IT job with one of our client companies. Candidates are selected for the ADSE program based on aptitude, academic record, and ability to learn.
