Prasad has over 25 years experience in information technology consulting and management with large corporations. Prior to starting 3Edge, Prasad was the President of AIG Systems Solutions (AIGSS), a member company of American International Group (AIG). Before setting up AIGSS, Prasad managed the global offshore development for AIG from its headquarters in New York.

Prasad started his career with Tata Consultancy Services and grew through the ranks from a programmer to a Project manager. Subsequently, he worked with the global systems group of American Express Bank in India and the management consulting division of Ernst& Young in the United States. Prasad graduated in Mechanical Engineering from M.N. National Institute of Technology in Allahabad and completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Anna Institute of Management, Chennai.

Rama Rao moved into the Management team of 3Edge from Polaris where he was a Vice President in the Banking and Insurance services unit. Prior to that, he was associated with Bitech as Technical head, DSQ Software as a Principal Consultant in their Mainframe technology unit, and Price Waterhouse as a Senior Consultant in their Management Consulting division. In between, he moved to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he was a key member of the World Bank consultant team that advised and directed the IT efforts of the Ministry of Finance.

Prashanth has over 17 years of cross-functional experience in Customer Relationship, IT Governance & Management including Relationship/Account Management and people management spanning Government & Utility, Market research, Consumer goods and Telecom verticals. Prior to 3Edge, Prashanth was the Chief Operating Officer of APOnline Limited, a subsidiary of TCS in partnership with Government of Andhra Pradesh, where in he played a significant role in enhancing citizen services and increasing the franchisee base of APOnline to 1400 within the state. He was the first to launch an integrated payment gateway for making multiple online payments on a single click for a government portal, within the country.

Previous to this he served in various roles with Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. from being an Analyst to a Global Program Director. He managed various strategic relationships with Fortune 100 companies for TCS globally and has made significant contribution to the growth of these relationships. He has worked with the customers in the areas of Market Research, Consumer Goods and Manufacturing and Telecom domains. Prashanth has graduated in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Mysore.
